Short Films

These short films were produced by Lindsay McAuley in various roles as cinematographer, director and editor.

Lindsay McAuley is an experienced filmmaker with an extensive background as a writer, director and camera operator. He has produced numerous short films and commercial/industrial videos.

Early in his career, he won an award for ‘Horse Spirit’. In this ground breaking music video, he filmed a percussionist who he directed to play a sailing ship as a musical instrument.

This atmospheric clip was shot on 16mm film.

He was the camera operator on a short film directed by Evan Clarry entitled, ‘Mate’. Produced in North Queensland, Australia, this short won numerous comedy awards.
